At Art Supplies Australia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your creative tools. If you change your mind or receive a faulty product, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return to receive your RMA authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure that all paints, brushes, or canvases are in their original, unopened packaging and securely placed in a protective shipping box.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our Sydney distribution center and drop it off at any Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
